Paid tickets can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event starts for a refund. You'll see the exact refund amount before you confirm — this excludes the Stripe processing fee and 50p booking fee. Refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Show the organiser a screenshot of your ticket screen in the Ilaan app. If the issue persists, tap Contact Us in the app and we'll resolve it promptly.
Your QR code ticket is generated instantly the moment payment is confirmed. Go to Profile → Tickets in the app to view it at any time.
Ticket transfers are not currently supported. If you can no longer attend, you can cancel within the 48-hour window for a refund, or contact the organiser directly.
Apply in-app: go to Profile → Become an Organiser. Once approved, you can create events, list tickets, and manage sales directly in the app.
Organisers receive earnings in two tranches: 90% of net revenue 7 days after the event ends, and the remaining 10% dispute buffer 30 days after. You'll receive an email confirmation with a Stripe transfer ID for each payout.
